“Amanda started training with me in August, 2015.
In total, she has lost 11.5kg and her body fat percentage is under 10%.
This year, Amanda turns 50 and she looks super fit, healthy and strong.
When Amanda started with me she was exercising regularly, but her nutrition needed a bit of an overhaul.
So, I quite literally, when to her house, cleaned up her kitchen cupboards and we have not looked back since!
She lost the first 8kg in about 6 months. And then did a recent 12 week challenge and lost the rest.
She has maintained her results now for about 8 months.
Amanda is an inpiration to all of the females she trains with at ASFIT. She is now my biggest role model and can constantly be heard encouraging and motivating others to follow in her footsteps.
