• 150g firm tofu
• 200g lentils
• 1/2 red onion
• 1/4 cup rolled oats or rice flakes
• 1/2 tsp Italian dried herbs
• 1/4 tsp chilli flakes
• 1/4 cup parsley, roughly chopped
• 1/2 tbs sunflower kernels, blitzed to a rough crumb
ASFIT4Life Real Easy Method
1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
2. Combine all ingredients (except sunflower seeds) in a food processor or blender and pulse to combine.
3. Refrigerate mixture for around 30 minutes to chill.
4. Divide mixture into 4 and mould into patties. Roll in sunflower seeds.
5. Place on lined baking tray, spray lightly with oil (optional) and bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden and firm.
