Chickpea Felafel Balls

400g chickpeas, cooked

1 onion, finely chopped

1/2 cup wholemeal gluten free flour

1 carrot, grated

1/4 cup fresh coriander chopped

3 teaspoons seasoning (cumin, paprika, turmeric, Moroccan)

ASFIT4Life Real Easy Method

1. Process chickpeas and onion in a food processor to form a coarse paste. Transfer to a bowl. Stir in 2 tablespoons of the flour and remaining ingredients. Mix well.
2. Shape into small patties. Place on an oven try and bake in the oven for 5 to 10 minutes on 180 degrees or until browned and cooked.

Serve with a salad or on their own with some hommus.
