"After years of rearing my 4 children, I decided to try and get myself back into shape. Gym memberships were wasted on me as I was unmotivated and used any excuse to miss classes. A good friend suggested I make contact with Amanda for an assessment, which I did. My aim was not to loose weight, but to get stronger and so I followed Amanda's suggestion to do the 8 week challenge. We were provided with eating plans and weekly classes and over the period of 8 weeks my body started to change shape. I moved on my scale from 58 kg's to 52 kg's, but more importantly I feel healthier and I am getting stronger.
