Personal, One-on-One Training gives you 100% attention and focus on your health and fitness goals. You will work ONE on ONE with Amanda. These sessions are all about YOU!
You will receive an Assessment, Measurement, Nutrition Plan and Training Program.
Individual Training starts from $40 a session!
Group Training is an affordable and social way to exercise. Sessions are designed to cater for individual needs and levels in a friendly and enjoyable environment.
Group Training is based on 3 – 4 people in each session. Clients must book the same time each week to secure their spot for the month.
Weight loss WILL NOT HAPPEN until you address your nutrition habits. Amanda believes the ratio can be 80% nutrition, to 20% exercise in order to lose weight for most people.
In your nutrition consultation you will have an Assessment of your current eating habits.
